  • Express service (same-day processing): IDR 1,000,000

With the longer 10-year validity option, you can avoid the hassle of frequent renewals, saving time and money.

Why the Increase?

This increase aims to improve service quality and enhance the security features of travel documents. The extended validity period provides a more efficient option for frequent travelers. Additionally, for e-passport holders, enhanced security and faster airport checks offer extra benefits aligned with modern travel demands.

These new fees will take effect 60 days after the regulation’s signing, so prepare for December 2024. If you plan to get or renew a passport soon, consider timing your application accordingly.

While these new passport fees mean some adjustments, they also provide options tailored to different needs. The longer validity and express service offer more flexibility for travelers. Understand your choices before applying to make your international travel experience safer and more convenient!
